Dr. Patti Haebe, NMD

Senior Medical Advisor

Dr. Haebe is a licensed naturopathic doctor who specializes in preconception care, hormone optimization and integrative fertility.  Her approach combines state-of-the-art diagnostics and technologies of modern medicine with targeted nutritional and herbal supplementation to address health concerns. Her experience in nutritional biochemistry make her an expert in nutritional medicine.

She is the Senior Medical Advisor at Premom Fertility, where she spearheads the development of fertility solutions, drawing on her extensive background in women’s health to expertly formulate Premom’s supplement line and design user-focused app features.

The Premom app became a staple tool while working with her fertility patients in private practice, because of its impressive integration of Premom’s ovulation tests and fertility biomarkers (BBT, cervical mucus, symptoms) into one digitized chart while using the app. Guided by her personal experience using Premom after years of suffering from irregular cycles due to PCOS, Dr. Haebe used the Premom app to conceive her two children.

Dr. Haebe received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Sonoran University of Health Sciences and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She melds conventional medical techniques and diagnostics with targeted integrative approaches, executing a comprehensive, root-cause approach for health issues.

Respected by peers and loved by patients, Dr. Haebe’s blend of clinical proficiency, innovative thinking, and deep empathy makes her an invaluable asset to anyone embarking on their fertility journey. She is a true embodiment of the powerful convergence of technology, expertise, and personal commitment to fertility care.

Why PdG Testing Matters: PdG (pregnanediol glucuronide) is a natural metabolite of progesterone, a hormone produced after ovulation. Sustained PdG levels may indicate ovulation has occurred and suggest adequate progesterone support for a healthy uterine lining, which is crucial for pregnancy When Should You Test?Start PdG testing 5 days after achieving a positive ovulation test result with an Easy@Home Ovulation Predictor Kit. If your PdG test result is negative, continue PdG testing daily until you get a positive result before your next period.
