Get Started with FastPassThe Premom FastPass is our way to help you achieve your highest chance of a natural pregnancy. If you are not able to conceive within six consecutive cycles, you may be eligible for a full refund of all of your Easy@Home or Premom branded ovulation and pregnancy test purchases (hereafter called “Eligible Products”).
Please note that the Premom mobile application, Easy@Home, and Premom products cannot guarantee pregnancy. However, we can provide you with the optional opt-in privileges and promise to reimburse you for your Eligible Products used for the cycles you didn’t conceive.
You will gain access to the following benefits upon signing up for Premom FastPass:
1. Money-back on Eligible Products.
Eligible for refund if you are not able to conceive after six (6) complete consecutive cycles, subject to satisfaction of all criteria specified below.
2. More personalized analytics and predictions.
More precise and accurate predictions are achieved by consistently uploading ovulation tests for at least six (6) cycles, using the Premom App, and following Premom’s FastPass each cycle.
3. Personal cycle insights.
You may be eligible to receive a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- You have signed up for the Premom FastPass inside your Premom App.
- You have used the Eligible Products and uploaded your corresponding ovulation test results to the App in each menstrual cycle.
- Your luteinizing hormone (LH) peak was detected and appeared in your Premom chart in each cycle.
- You have had unprotected sex on at least one of your peak fertility days or ovulation day in each menstrual cycle and logged it in the App. Peak fertility days refer to the two days preceding ovulation day.
- You did not get pregnant after six (6) complete consecutive cycles within one (1) year of starting FastPass. A cycle is the first day of your period and the last day before the start of your next period. A ‘complete’ cycle is defined as achieving a “Pass”, which occurs when you have properly uploaded ovulation test results, identified an LH peak, engaged in and logged unprotected sex on at least one of your peak fertility days or ovulation day in each menstrual cycle.
- You are the original purchaser of all Eligible Products and your Order ID(s) are searchable by us from Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Premom.com, Healthcare-manager.com, or any other stores authorized or owned by Easy@Home and Premom. The original purchaser must submit the Order ID(s) when submitting a refund request.
- The quantity of Eligible Products submitted for a refund does not exceed 150% of your uploaded tests on the App.
If the above conditions are met, you may email support@premom.com to request a refund form after six complete cycles. By submitting the refund form, you allow Premom to have access to your chart history to review whether or not you have met all refund criteria. The Premom team will process the refund after verifying that the above conditions are met and that all your test results are authentic. Modifying past cycle’s data or tests can result in the loss of the listed privileges, including your money-back on all Eligible Products.
**Note: According to the requirements of this program, we will need your Order ID to be submitted when you send a refund request. Please make sure not to delete it from your purchase channel — or be sure to save it, if deletion is necessary.**

It is likely you will just need a few cycles of commitment, and this commitment is simple: keep ovulation testing for 8 days per cycle. Your commitment is key! The more committed you are, the sooner you will likely see the magic happen.
Yes! You will continue to be eligible for the benefits of Premom FastPass if you keep trying after your cycle returns to normal, but your time will reset. Please log “miscarriage” in your pregnancy history and log your next first period when your body is ready to conceive again.
