Free Shipping Policy 

(Continental United States only)

Premom.com is proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to addresses in the continental US with exception applies. Shipping methods are available for HI and AK addresses with shipping charge. Currently Premom doesn’t ship the product to US Protectorates and APO/FPO addresses. 

Handling Time

Premom.com has one day handling time policy. So, most items will be shipped within 1 business day after the payment is cleared. If the item can’t be shipped on time for a special reason, we will contact the buyer. Most of the time the delay is caused by an undeliverable address. 

NOTE: The number of shipping days in this policy does NOT include processing/handling time.

Shipment Methods

For best delivery service, most of our orders are shipped by one of the largest Fulfillment services in the US. The fulfillment service offers the following 3 tiers of shipping services for US customers. Some orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse located in IL, in which case, the same service and cost standard are followed. The following table shows 3 tiers of the shipping methods and estimated shipping days after the package is sent out.  Your products will be shipped by USPS if it only includes P.O. BOX as shipping address.

International Shipping

We don’t provide international shipping for now. For international customers, you can purchase Premom, Easy@Home, Areta and SweetieSong brand products on our eBay storefront.
