Fish allergies can be a concern (fish oil), the label contains a warning that it contains fish products.

Vitamin A could be a concern, users should not exceed 1,500 mcg RAE intake of preformed vitamin A.

If using an additional iron supplement or Vitamin D supplement, be sure to have blood testing regularly to assess physiological levels.

Our prenatal vitamin is technically vegan however the label will remain as “vegetarian” so we can use both terms in our descriptions or if CS is asked.

Prenatal vitamins are best taken before 2pm as the b-vitamins can be stimulating. They also should always be taken with food to prevent associated nausea!

Fish oil can be taken at any time of the day, if someone is averse to “fish burps” I recommend taking them right before going to sleep. That being said, our products should not create these “fish burps” because of the way it is processed and the lemon oil added BUT some are still very sensitive to this, so I always recommend them right before bed for my patients.

They must speak with their healthcare provider to ensure it’s a safe choice for them, we cannot advise them on this in any manner.

According to the testing result from our manufacturer, the mercury found in our product is below 0.005 ppm.The amount is far less than the expected maximum level, or 0.1 ppm.
