Hi there! I am a registered nurse and certified health and nutrition coach specializing in women’s health and fertility. With a passion for helping women learn about their bodies, achieve pregnancy, and supporting those already on the miraculous path of motherhood, I’m thrilled to be a part of the Premom medical team!
As a registered nurse, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have a background in fertility education, obstetrics, postpartum, newborn care, and lactation counseling. This diverse background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique physical, emotional, and psychological needs of women throughout all stages of their reproductive journeys and motherhood.
On a personal note, my own journey to motherhood was not without difficulties. My husband and I spent almost 2 years looking at negative pregnancy tests month after month. Then I discovered Premom and used it as a valuable resource in my own fertility journey. Thanks to Premom, I now have 2 beautiful children who are the light of my life!
When I’m not working, I love to whip up new recipes in the kitchen. There’s just something so satisfying about creating deliciousness and sharing it with family and friends. I also have a small home bakery business where I’m known for my decadent cinnamon rolls – yum!
As a mom, I understand the emotional rollercoaster, the anticipation, and the unwavering love that accompanies this journey. My utmost goal is to empower you, ensuring you feel confident and capable. I’m always here to offer a listening ear, a wealth of knowledge, and a compassionate heart.
