Baby Growth Size is approximately 17.72 inches and 4.73 pounds. Your baby is the size of a pineapple. Your baby’s brain is continuing to develop and bones are hardening. Your baby should be kicking about 10 times in an hour, or less. Your baby is now keeping eyes open while awake.   You & Your Body During this week you may notice overheating, shortness of breath, vaginal discharge, cramps, clumsiness, foggy brain, and headaches.
